Before you begin you training schedule with me I will see you for a one on one assessment where you will have the opportunity to discuss your fitness needs and any medical challenges you may have.
You will have a 60 minute one on one full postural evaluation which includes kinetic chain exercise assessment and flexibility analysis. I’ll look at how you move and what we need to do to improve it. Before the assessment you will keep a food diary and then we will discuss nutrition for weight loss and you will come away with meal plan ideas. This is continued as a weekly part of your fitness regime.
