CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Bespoke programs tailored to the individual whether it be to rehabilitate post injury or improve posture.

I work with my clients who have been challenged with injury or postural issues to create fully comprehensive programmes that will rehabilitate and get them back up to strength.  I have years of physio mentoring that has given me an amazing insight into how the body works and I can advise how to modify your training to exercise safely and still get the maximum results.  

 

You will have a 60 minute one on one full postural evaluation which includes kinetic chain exercise assessment and flexibility analysis.  I’ll look at how you move and what we need to do to improve it.  I then design a tailor made program to suit your individual needs which we will work on in sessions.  My recommendation for corrective exercise is at least one session with me a week with some home input until improvement is seen.
